Please note that for now, all terms and conditions below are applicable to Australian customers only. For international orders, please see our Shipping Policy. 


  • Easy 30 day returns booked online here.
  • For our sales over 20% off our RRP, we do not provide free shipping returns. The return shipping fee that will be calculated on return will be taken out of the refund for the products that are returned.
  • Apart from Gloves & Pads*, all T20 Stars gear must be returned in original or (as close to original as possible) condition - unused with all tags attached. See below for gloves and pads return & refunds terms.
  • We do not accept used bats & balls.
  • Gear (except for Gloves and Pads*) returns must have the bag it came with intact.
  • Customers will be supplied with a trackable QR code via email through the Aus Post returns service.
  • Returns can be tracked with the tracking number via the AusPost website here.
  • We aim to process all returns within 2 business days of receiving your items. You will be contacted via email with the details of your processed return.
  • Please email help@t20stars.com prior to initiating a return if you believe the product is damaged or faulty. We will treat this with the highest priority. See ‘Faulty Goods Returns’ below.



  • We offer free refunds on all eligible returns.
  • All refunds are processed back to the original payment method used to place the order. If a combination of gift card and card/PayPal/AfterPay payment has been used then the gift card will be refunded first followed by the remaining payment method.
  • Depending on the payment method, a refund can take 2-5 business days to clear back into the account.
  • If purchased with AfterPay, the refund amount will be cancelled from the final instalments of the AfterPay plan.
  • Customers will only expect a refund of the instalments from AfterPay if payment/s have been made.
  • If no payment/s have been made, no refund will be issued and future payments will be cancelled.
  • We recommend downloading the AfterPay app to view the payment plan.
  • It's important to keep up the AfterPay payments whilst the return is in transit to avoid dishonour fees.



  • If a size or product exchange is requested, a full refund or gift card/store credit will be issued.
  • Customers are required to re-order the desired item of choice with said refund or store credit.
  • Exchange requests that are out of stock will be issued as a full refund or store credit.
  • Store credit is issued via Gift Card and valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
  • Gift Cards will expire if not used within 3 years of issue & cannot be reactivated.
  • Gift Cards are non-refundable.


Applicable to Bat Products only.

If you have changed your mind about your bat purchase, T20 Stars will be pleased to offer you a refund or exchange provided that:

  • You return the item within 30 days of purchase.
  • You produce satisfactory proof of purchase (being your original receipt or online proof of purchase, such as a tax invoice).
  • The item is in a re-saleable condition, including its original packaging (if any), is unused and as sold.



Should item(s) be returned to us by AusPost if unclaimed or uncollected, T20 Stars will hold your order for 30 days after the goods have been marked as ready for collection. 


  • If you believe you have purchased a faulty product, you must provide proof of purchase to receive a refund, replacement product or repair. 
  • Proof of purchase may be your original registered receipt, credit card statement or any other form of evidence.
  • T20 Stars may have the faulty product assessed by a third-party certified repair agent to determine the nature and cause of the fault. 
  • T20 Stars reserves the right to decline an exchange, refund or repair where any product fault is caused by misuse or neglect.
